Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the entire fire fighting system project lifecycle, from initial design to final commissioning, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and meticulously manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, keeping projects on track and within financial constraints.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing effective strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Oversee the procurement of fire fighting system equipment and materials, negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, providing clear and concise communication throughout the project.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety codes and regulations, safeguarding the safety of personnel and property.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, guaranteeing adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Exhibits in-depth knowledge of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, fire alarms, and suppression systems.
- Has a strong understanding of relevant industry codes, standards (e.g., NFPA), and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera Pand CAD software.
- Exhibits exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing diverse teams.
