Project Manager (ERP Systems)

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project phases: planning, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Review technical specifications, APIs, and system architecture to ensure proper implementation.
• Plan schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all modules and features.
• Identify risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and follow up on documentation, reports, change requests, and project updates.
• Coordinate internally with backend, frontend, mobile, and QA teams.
• Ensure system quality, performance, scalability, and best practices are maintained.

Good knowledge of:

• Next.js
• APIs
• databases
• mobile app development concepts
• Laravel
• Knowledge of ERP domains such as:
• Manufacturing
• Inventory & Warehouse
• Supply Chain
• CRM & Sales
• Finance & Accounting

Ability to understand technical architecture, workflows, and integration logic.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
