Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Site supervision and project execution
- Contractor and subcontractor coordination
- Quality control and HSE compliance
- Project scheduling and progress monitoring
- Budget and cost management
- Ensuring works are completed according to specifications and timelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building construction and finishing works
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Previous experience with contracting/construction companies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to relocate/work in Ghana
The role requires hands-on management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
