Roles & Responsibilities
Your mission
As a Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in the success of operations and will be responsible for the performance of your area. Your missions:
- Ensure the achievement of the qualitative and quantitative objectives set.
- Manage operational indicators: performance, profitability, margin, turnover, absenteeism.
- Produce and analyze activity reports for management.
- Prepare and lead production committees; participate in client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with processes and quality standards (customer and internal).
- Supervise a team of supervisors/senior supervisors: individual and collective objectives, performance monitoring and evaluation, progression plan and support in skills development.
- Analyze performance, identify levers for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage production incidents and maintain a good social climate within the teams.
- Collaborate with Concentrix international teams on joint projects.

The profile of our Game-Changers
We are looking for a committed and results-oriented leader with:
- Higher education in management.
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in a contact center, ideally on English-speaking or international accounts.
- Strong analytical skills to drive and optimize performance.
- A spirit of synthesis, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead large teams (up to 100+ employees).
- Responsiveness, proactivity and a taste for challenges.
