Roles & Responsibilities

Mission

As a Project Management Assistant (AMOA), you will work on various projects to support our internal and/or external clients in the following areas:

  • Defining the need and developing the functional specifications;
  • The creation of the recipe book and the assistance of business users in the execution of the functional test;
  • The qualification of IT deliverables before starting user acceptance testing;
  • Change management support: drafting of procedure manuals, training materials, user guides, user training
  • Post-start assistance for stabilizing the device;
  • The establishment, updating and monitoring of the overall project schedule, including the main milestones;
  • Monitoring IT developments, either in collaboration with internal project managers or with external service providers;
  • The management of project governance: steering committees and monitoring committees;
  • Project risk management, as well as risk escalation and points of vigilance;
  • Project communication management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Holding an engineering degree or equivalent university degree (BAC+5), you have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management.

  • Proven experience in program and portfolio management (minimum 10 years);
  • Ability to meet daily challenges;
  • Autonomous and proactive with your contacts in order to bring added value to your projects and ensure consistency in the portfolio;
  • Excellent communication and writing skills;
  • Enhanced relational skills and great capacity for cost.
