You will be responsible for:

• Ensure adherence to established schedules by ensuring production start-ups under the most optimized conditions possible; know: the flows, the documents, the layout and the resources.
• Establish a regular frequency with colleagues in Italy for meetings to set up start-up schedules.
• Lead project kick-off (or modification) meetings and write their minutes.
• Ensure the verification of the start-up checklists before each production release of new references.
• Control the work of your team to ensure: an optimized flow, simple and clear documents; optimized layout out and implementation of the necessary resources.
• Assist production lines to reach their nominal productivity for all new start-ups.
• Manage change notices to ensure 0 OBSOLET STOCK.
• To continuously present improvements in their production lines.
• Respect and enforce the Code of Ethics of Sews Cabind Morocco.
• Respect and enforce the HSE norms and standards in force at Sews Cabind Maroc.
• Striving for excellence at all levels, by committing to and engaging colleagues and collaborators in a process of continuous improvement.
