Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from concept design to construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and quality requirements.

Project Management & Control

• Monitor project progress using industry-recognized tools and project control systems.
• Implement effective cost control, risk management, and change management procedures.
• Prepare and review project reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management and stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and consultants.
• Lead and mentor project engineers, supervisors, and site teams to ensure high performance.
• Manage contractor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, authorities, and partners.
• Facilitate timely communication and approvals with government bodies and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct project meetings, presentations, and progress reviews with stakeholders.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards across all project phases.
• Conduct site inspections to verify engineering quality and compliance.
• Implement corrective actions wherever deviations are identified.
