Roles & Responsibilities

Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for Responsible for the the operational management of
all the members in PMO unit.
All major / minor projects assigned needs to be delivered / executed by coordination, executive control and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Responsibility & Scope
- Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects.
- Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Collect and manage project team
- Schedule project resources
- Create and maintain a schedule and project timeline
- Support and direct implementation team
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Review and Monitor projects run by team
members.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs (adaptive to change)
- Good Team player with Problem-solving and leadership

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in IT system integrator managing infrastructure project such as
o Virtualization project
o Storage and Backup project
o Network and cyber security project
Proficiency in project management software tools
- Lead quality assurance
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 (or) equivalent certifications are preferable
- Project Planning & Scheduling
- Risk Management
- Budget Management
- Change Management: Managing scope changes, stakeholder expectations, and project adaptations
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying optimization opportunities and implementing enhancements
