Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end ODOO ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, sales, and external vendors
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders
Flexible in working under changing and different work settings.
Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager.
Conduct User training
Prepare and conduct business requirements workshops
Prepare and conduct business process Analysis , Fit Gap Analysis
Create design documents for customer understanding and acceptance
Assist with the preparation of training and other documentation
Conduct function testing with developer and customer
Conduct data acceptance testing, process and User Acceptance test together with the customer to ensure functionality, configuration, and data areas expected
Have to travel Oman for onsite as per request.
To and fro flight ticket from Muscat to India & Vice versa will be provided ODOO System Expertise
Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand business processes and system needs
Configure and customize ODOO modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, CRM, and others
Oversee data migration from legacy systems to ODOO
Coordinate system integration with third-party applications and services
Ensure proper testing protocols including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Manage ODOO version upgrades and system maintenance
