Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Project manager is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and performance of the O&M site under the contract. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of terminal facilities in accordance with contractual obligations, company policies, and HSE standards. The Site Head acts as the primary interface between the client and the company, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.



Preferred candidate profile


  • Minimum 1520 years of experience in terminal operations, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries, with at least 58 years in a senior management or site leadership role.
  • Experience managing end to end procurement of relevant technical goods and services with consistent positive outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS systems, instrumentation calibration, electrical distribution systems, and automation controls.
  • Experience in calibration, maintenance planning, and safety systems management
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to actively identify, share and act on lessons learned and relevant good practices, sharing in and across the team/s as appropriate.
  • Knowledge of international standards (API, IEC, NFPA, ISO, OSHA) and Omani regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated commitment and evidence of consistently delivering and working with others aligned with organizational values.
