Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex interior fit-out and contracting projects across commercial and high-end developments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong leadership presence, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from pre-construction through handover.
This role requires a hands-on professional who is confident dealing with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution for interior fit-out and contracting works
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations
Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution on site
Prepare and review project programs, progress reports, cash flows, and forecasts
Ensure compliance with contract terms, technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, architects, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle
Handle project documentation, approvals, variations, claims, and final accounts
Lead contract administration, including preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and subcontract packages
Manage and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost control, quality, and timely delivery
Monitor project risks and proactively resolve technical, commercial, and operational challenges
Ensure smooth project handover, snag clearance, and close-out documentation
Project Experience Required
The candidate must have strong hands-on experience delivering interior fit-out projects such as:
Commercial offices and corporate spaces
Shopping malls and retail developments
Banks and financial institutions
Villas and high-end residential projects
Mixed-use and commercial developments
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of experience in interior fit-out and contracting projects
Strong background in project management, site operations, and contract administration
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and finishes
Proven ability to manage complex, fast-track projects
Strong understanding of contracts, agreements, and commercial controls
Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects
GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory
