Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and support.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment, encouraging teamwork and communication.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented.
• Work closely with the finance department to monitor financial performance against project budgets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and milestones.
• Monitor progress and implement adjustments as needed ensure on-time project delivery
• Establish and enforce quality standards for design, engineering, and construction activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Implement risk management plans and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
