Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Define scope, goals, and deliverables for Oracle projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Team Leadership
  • Manage and guide project teams, including consultants and client stakeholders.
  • Act as a quality control checkpoint for deliverables.
  • Oracle Systems Expertise
  • Oversee implementation of Oracle ERP, E-Business Suite, or Oracle Cloud modules (Financials, Supply Chain, Order Management, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle applications into business infrastructure.
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Track budgets and manage project costs effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Maintain clear communication channels across business functions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Project Management Expertise
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Oracle Knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud Applications, or Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Understanding of financials, supply chain, and order management modules.
  • Technical & Business Acumen
  • Ability to bridge technical solutions with business needs.
  • Familiarity with integration, customization, and system upgrades.
  • Certifications (Preferred)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle-specific certifications.
