Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing activities.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risk assessments effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Identify potential issues and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project processes.

Job Requirements

• Certification: PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Problem Solving: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
