Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead project meetings, documenting key decisions and action items to keep teams focused and aligned on project objectives.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve project milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates to maintain strong relationships.
  • Facilitate resource allocation and management, ensuring optimal use of team members’ skills and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement in project management processes.
  • Champion project management methodologies and tools within the organization to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure, showcasing resilience and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality project deliverables.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred for global project engagement.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts effectively to maintain project momentum.
  • Strong understanding of project management software like MS Project, Asana, or Jira to streamline project planning and execution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the tech or construction industries.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies to showcase advanced project management expertise.
