An industrial furniture company in Riyadh is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage all technical and project operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered within deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise the technical team, ensuring motivation, training, and high performance
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting
• Provide technical direction in design, development, and systems integration
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, policies, and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of materials (BOM)
• Review and deliver accurate drawings and cutting lists to the production department
• Conduct performance reviews, identify areas of improvement, and mentor team members
• Manage client meetings, gather requirements, and track project progress
• Ensure an efficient and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• 8 10 years of project management experience, including 5+ years in fit-out and woodwork installation projects
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Experience in administering building contracts
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
