Project Manager (Civil)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for civil works on PEB industrial/factory/warehouse projects.
Coordinate and manage project documentation and workflows including RFI, MIR, WPR, IFC drawings, Shop Drawings, MOM and risk assessments.
Conduct regular meetings with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders; ensure proper reporting and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, safety standards, and timelines.
Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and manage risks proactively to ensure on-time delivery.
Support planning, resource allocation, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering (PMP certification is preferred/promotable).
15+ years of overall experience (mandatory).
Minimum 5+ years experience in PEB buildings (industrial / factories / warehouses) Do not apply if less.
Must be bilingual: English & Arabic.
Must be a Member of SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers).
Strong knowledge of project/site documentation processes: RFI, MIR, WPR, IFC, shop drawings, MOM, meetings, and risk assessments.
Must have transferable iqama.
Must be able to join immediately.
Obligation car (as per company policy/requirement).
