Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, to guide the project team towards successful delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating clear communication and collaboration, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones, proactively addressing issues to keep the project on track.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field to ensure foundational knowledge.
5 years of relevant project management experience in a similar industry, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.
PMP or equivalent project management certification to validate expertise and commitment to the profession.
Experience with Agile methodologies, showcasing adaptability to various project management frameworks and practices.
