Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget while managing overall resources.

  • Coordinate between planning, engineering, procurement, and site teams.

  • Collaborate with Civil, Architect, MEP, and other disciplines to integrate the overall project.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

  • Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines.

  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing regular progress updates and reports to higher management.

  • Work closely with the finance team to track daily expenditures, real-time costs, and savings.

  • Identify and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Manage project risks, quality, and safety standards.

  • Provide leadership and resolve technical and contractual issues.

  • Ensure all project execution complies with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master s preferred).

  • Minimum 8 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, safety, and building codes.

  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

  • Strong decision-making, risk management, and leadership skills.
