Minimum 7 10 years of experience in project management roles within the E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) sector
Proven track record in LSTK (Lump Sum Turnkey) projects (mandatory)
Experience working on airport or large infrastructure projects is highly preferred
Candidates with Aramco approval are preferred
Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee E&I projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and progress updates
