Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering TIC projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgets. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and risk management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
  • Monitor project KPIs, including cost and budget control.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with TIC standards, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage conflicts and adapt to changing project conditions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in project management, preferably within TIC / inspection / certification industries.
  • Strong experience in handling compliance-driven or engineering projects.
  • PMP / Prince2 certification will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
