Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to clarify project requirements and resolve issues.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage procurement processes and contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and construction codes.
• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee site inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and permits.
• Resolve conflicts and issues arising during the project to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor and supervise project team members and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
