Urgent Hiring Project Manager (Field Joint Pipeline Coating)

Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Position Title: Project Manager Field Joint Pipeline Coating
Reports To: Senior Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Field Joint Coating (FJC) pipeline projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of project activities, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with client specifications and quality standards.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary interface between the client, internal departments, and site operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all Field Joint Coating (FJC) project activities.
  
• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using MS Project and Excel.
  
• Define project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables aligned with client pipelay schedules.
  
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment per site requirements.
  
• Review project scope, specifications, and contractual requirements to ensure full compliance.
  
• Lead coordination with engineering, procurement, and operations teams for seamless execution.
  

Budget & Cost Control:

• Prepare and maintain project budgets and forecasts using Excel and Oracle Fusion PPM.
  
• Monitor costs vs. budget for labor, materials, logistics, and subcontractors.
  
• Identify cost variances and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Support monthly reporting, revenue recognition, and project accruals.
  

Commercial & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit Progress / Milestone Payment Certificates for client approval.
  
• Follow up on approvals for timely invoicing and cash flow management.
  
• Assist in variation requests, change orders, and contractual correspondence.
  
• Maintain organized project documentation in compliance with QMS requirements.
  

Schedule & Progress Monitoring:

• Track daily and weekly production rates against baseline plans.
  
• Identify delays, manpower gaps, or technical challenges and propose solutions.
  
• Provide weekly progress updates and lookahead schedules to management and clients.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  
• Minimum 8 10 years of experience in pipeline or field joint coating projects.
  
• Proven experience managing offshore/onshore coating or pipeline construction projects.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Oracle Fusion PPM.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
  
• Pipeline coating experience is highly preferred.
