Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Management of Infrastructure Projects Rollout, including all related aspects (technical, financial, contractual, ..)
• Analyze project SoW and build HPIP and PIP in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Close collaboration with all project stakeholders and the Client higher management
• Vendors and contractors management
• Contracts management
• Scopes and Scope Change management
• To identify and document project risks and recommend mitigation actions as early as possible to avoid any impact on project.
• Adopt and implement guidelines and instructions of the Client about required work.
• To supervise work results and to compare results with guidelines and planning principles
• To ensure work results are compiled, documented in full compliance of work standards and agreed project plans
• To prepare and present project progress reports timely and professionally.
• To prepare alternative proposals for problem solutions and recommend for decisions
• To maintain the deadlines and coordinate work execution kingdom wide
• To collect data and information about scope of work progress and blocking issues and recommend corrective actions.
• To set objectives and priorities for the execution of work
• To ensure the projects are in line with agreed and committed implementation roll out plans with internal teams, vendors and contractors and escalate any deviations according to the plans
• Track project KPI s and report to the Program Head, Department Director and key stakeholders. Highlight immediately any breach in KPI s and provide remediation and recovery plans
• Monitor project through all gaps until permit issuance.
