Project Manager Petro Gold

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, time, and budget. This role involves coordinating internal teams, external stakeholders, and resources to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.

Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure minimal impact on project timelines.

Serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and performance reviews.

Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Oversee quality control and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Provide regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.

5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in [construction/oil & gas/IT/etc.].

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana, Trello).
