Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Project Manager to lead and execute strategic and confidential projects directly under the CEO. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage high-priority initiatives with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of the CEO s private and strategic projects
• Coordinate across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for the CEO
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Ensure alignment of projects with the CEO s vision and organizational goals
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
