Direct project expenditures in alignment with approved budgets, ensuring financial discipline and adherence to cost constraints. Implement proactive measures to identify and address variances promptly, maintaining project financial health. Facilitate value engineering initiatives that optimize costs without compromising the project's scope or quality.
