Key Responsibilities

A. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the full project lifecycle with planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

B. Stakeholder Management

• Engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, department heads, and decision-makers.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, clarify expectations, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Provide regular project updates, presentations, and progress reports.
• Manage Agile sprint methodology, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure all Agile ceremonies are conducted effectively including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

C. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, vendor partners, etc.).
• Monitor team performance and resolve project-related issues proactively.
• Ensure effective communication channels are maintained within the team.

D. Risk & Issue Management

• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate issue resolution with internal and client teams.
• Ensure smooth project progress by addressing roadblocks proactively.
