Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complete EPC project lifecycle (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)

  • Oversee refinery-related project execution and site coordination

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with HSE standards

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

  • Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics

  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for a highly competent and results-driven Project Manager with extensive experience in EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector, specifically in refinery projects.

  • Minimum 8–12 years of proven experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects

  • Strong background in Oil & Gas industry, with mandatory hands-on experience in oil refinery projects

  • Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycle from engineering to commissioning

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related discipline)

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred

  • Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project

  • Strong understanding of HSE standards, quality control, and compliance requirements in Oil & Gas projects

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

  • UAE / Middle East project experience will be an added advantage
