Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Execute the project according to the project plan, develop forms and records to document project activities.

Report and escalate to management as needed and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Manage the EPM governance for assigned projects, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Ensure that projects are in compliance with ADIB PMO governance
