• Manage and oversee leadership and development projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure their timely execution.
• Facilitate L&D sessions and workshops for team members.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Ensure all projects adhere to established standards and legal regulations.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.

A successful Project Manager - L&D should have:

• Substantial knowledge in project management and L&D practices.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage all project aspects including strategic planning and execution.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A competitive salary range of AED 450,000 to AED 550,000.
