Project Manager - Landscape Desert group investment LLC

In this position you will manage the overall Project Operations and will be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures. You will ensure safe and efficient operations, serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. In this role you will have input in the estimation of new projects and will attend tender interviews. Client Management for both new and old clients will be a critical part of your role. You will be fully in charge of all soft, hard and irrigation installations where necessary.

• Lead and manage landscaping projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget goals are met.
• Manage workforce allocation, train staff, and mentor project teams.
• Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, machinery, procurement, and risk management.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and project specifications.
• Prepare reports on progress, costs, cash flow, and budgets; lead project meetings.
• Develop team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and assist in recruitment.
• Manage project finances, control expenditures, and maintain accurate documentation.
