Project Manager – MEP Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – MEP to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, coordination, quality control, and timely delivery of MEP systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of MEP works across construction projects.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems installation.

• Review project schedules, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical requirements.

• Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, manpower, and resource utilization.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.

• Conduct project meetings, progress reviews, and coordination with stakeholders.

• Resolve technical and site-related issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.

• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.

• Prepare project reports, risk assessments, and performance updates for management.

• Manage project variations, claims, and contractual matters related to MEP works.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
