Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The role is responsible for customer satisfaction, meeting deadlines, the quality of project execution, and the financial management of the project, including:
-
To serve as the main focal point for project execution, both externally (interface between GE and the client) and internally within GE.
-
Identify, escalate and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction or GE's operational objectives.
-
Working in a cross-functional manner with the Sales and Services teams while managing the project management and execution process.
-
Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Specific Quality Objectives:
-
Know and comply with the Quality Manual, the Quality Management System, the Quality Policy, the Quality Goals of GEHC as well as the laws and regulations applicable to this position.
-
Complete all Compliance training (Quality, EHS, etc.) within the defined deadlines.
-
Identify and immediately report any concerns related to customer or personal compliance to the appropriate organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) with similar experience
-
Experience in project management within cross-functional teams.
-
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines and client expectations.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle competing priorities.
-
Ability to demonstrate effective communication in a matrix environment.
-
Ability to work effectively remotely / from home office if necessary.
-
Ability to influence and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Desired qualifications:
-
Ability to plan and organize the different activities of a multi-stakeholder project.
-
Ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable way for the client.
-
Experience in managing large-scale projects with strict adherence to deadlines;
-
Experience in IT construction or installations appreciated.
-
Extensive experience in customer relations within a clinical environment.
-
Ability to provide constructive feedback to installation teams and contractors.
-
Knowledge or experience in the health and GEHC products sector.
-
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project.
-
My mastery of design tools such as AutoCAD.
