Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The role is responsible for customer satisfaction, meeting deadlines, the quality of project execution, and the financial management of the project, including:

  • To serve as the main focal point for project execution, both externally (interface between GE and the client) and internally within GE.

  • Identify, escalate and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction or GE's operational objectives.

  • Working in a cross-functional manner with the Sales and Services teams while managing the project management and execution process.

  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Specific Quality Objectives:

  • Know and comply with the Quality Manual, the Quality Management System, the Quality Policy, the Quality Goals of GEHC as well as the laws and regulations applicable to this position.

  • Complete all Compliance training (Quality, EHS, etc.) within the defined deadlines.

  • Identify and immediately report any concerns related to customer or personal compliance to the appropriate organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) with similar experience

  • Experience in project management within cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines and client expectations.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle competing priorities.

  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication in a matrix environment.

  • Ability to work effectively remotely / from home office if necessary.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Desired qualifications:

  • Ability to plan and organize the different activities of a multi-stakeholder project.

  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable way for the client.

  • Experience in managing large-scale projects with strict adherence to deadlines;

  • Experience in IT construction or installations appreciated.

  • Extensive experience in customer relations within a clinical environment.

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to installation teams and contractors.

  • Knowledge or experience in the health and GEHC products sector.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project.

  • My mastery of design tools such as AutoCAD.
