Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

The role is responsible for customer satisfaction, meeting deadlines, the quality of project execution, as well as the financial management of the project, including:

• Serve as the main point of contact for project execution, both externally (interface between GE and the client) and internally within GE.
• Identify, escalate and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction or GE's operational objectives.
• Work transversally with the Sales and Services teams while managing the project management and execution process.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Specific Quality Objectives:

• Know and comply with the Quality Manual, the Quality Management System, the Quality Policy, the Quality Goals of GEHC as well as the laws and regulations applicable to this position.
• Complete all Compliance training (Quality, EHS, etc.) within the defined deadlines.
• Immediately identify and report any concerns related to customer or personal compliance to the appropriate organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bac+4 / Bac+5 degree with similar experience
• Significant experience in project management within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple topics in order to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deal with competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a matrix environment.
• Ability to work effectively in telecommuting / home office if necessary.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to plan and organize the different activities of a multi-stakeholder project.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable way for the client.
• Experience in large-scale project management with strict adherence to deadlines;
• Experience in construction, IT or installations appreciated.
• Proven experience in customer relations in a clinical environment.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback to installation teams and contractors.
• Knowledge or experience in the healthcare sector and GEHC products.
• Mastery of project management tools such as MS Project.
• Mastery of design tools such as AutoCAD.
