Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


    • Manage complete High Voltage OHTL project execution activities.

    • Lead project teams during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

    • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.

    • Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, and material requirements.

    • Review project drawings, technical documents, and construction plans.

    • Handle project risks, technical issues, and site challenges effectively.

    • Ensure compliance with SEC standards and project specifications.

    • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and management presentations.

    • Supervise site activities related to transmission towers, stringing, foundations, and overhead line installation.

    • Support procurement and engineering teams during project execution.

    • Ensure implementation of HSE standards throughout project activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in High Voltage Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects.

  • Strong experience in EPC power transmission projects.

  • Proven experience in transmission line construction, testing, commissioning, and project execution.

  • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is preferred.

  • Familiarity with SEC standards and regulations.

  • Experience in 132kV, 230kV, 380kV or higher voltage transmission projects.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • PMP certification is an advantage.

  • Primavera P6 knowledge is preferred.

  • Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia will be preferred.

  • Only candidates with proven High Voltage OHTL experience will be considered.
