Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of OHTL projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives, and manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and performance feedback to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, implementing effective solutions to minimize impact on project deliverables and timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates 7+ years of progressive experience in OHTL project management, including experience with high-voltage transmission projects.
