Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead project initiation, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with strategic business goals for oil and gas projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize impact.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical) or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.

  • Previously approved by ADNOC as a Project Manager having wellhead and flowline project experience with ADNOC

  • Holds relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2, demonstrating project management expertise.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project management within the oil and gas industry, showcasing a deep understanding of industry practices.

  • Exhibits a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale oil and gas projects, from concept to completion.
