Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all phases of pipeline construction, from initial planning and design to final commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle, prioritizing the well-being of all personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or related field) is essential with ARAMCO approval, providing a strong technical foundation for the role.

  • Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable, demonstrating proven project management expertise.

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in oil and gas pipeline construction, with a focus on project management roles, is preferred.

  • Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry is mandatory, highlighting a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and best practices.
