A globally recognised engineering firm, known for delivering large-scale energy infrastructure projects, is seeking experienced Project Managers to join its expanding team in Riyadh. The company has recently secured the FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) phase of a major Oil & Gas initiative and is actively hiring for its power transmission and distribution projects.

This is a long-term direct hire opportunity offering strong career progression. The successful candidate will report directly to the Cluster Head, a former Project Manager who has grown into a senior leadership role, highlighting the company's commitment to internal development and advancement.

The role offers a hybrid working model, with flexibility between office presence and site/client visits depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex power transmission projects, including 380kV substations and overhead transmission lines (OTL).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external stakeholders to drive project success.
• Conduct regular site visits and attend client meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
