Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions:
- Establishment and management of steering committees
- Monitoring of initiatives and regular reporting
- Production of dashboards with performance indicators
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for governing bodies
- Coordination between the different stakeholders
- Support for project portfolio governance
Key skills:
- Mastery of presentation tools (PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze and synthesize
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience in steering by KPI indicators
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile sought:
- Engineering training supplemented by 4-5 years of experience in management consulting
- Experience within a large consulting firm
- Background on projects in the product/process industry
- Preferred sectors: energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, automotive, aeronautics
- Excellent command of PowerPoint for making presentations
- Ability to lead committees and monitor multiple initiatives
- Experience in producing dashboards with KPIs indicators
