Work closely with Clients key stakeholders to finalise CRM business requirements
Ensure that the CRM aligns with all operational and business needs
Work with the IT department to identify technical requirements for integration, security, and scalability
Consulting with stakeholders to define loyalty programme objectives, structure, and reward mechanisms
Ensuring loyalty programme design is fully considered for the CRM system being developed.
Identifying technical specifications and vendor solutions (if applicable) for loyalty programme management
Preparing documentation to support vendor selection and system implementation in later phases
Working with internal stakeholders to map the desired customer journey and website functionalities
Defining technical and design requirements to support CRM-driven personalisation, loyalty programme features, and customer data capture
Preparing a comprehensive set of requirements to guide the future website development and vendor procurement process
Ensuring consistency and interoperability across CRM, loyalty, ticketing, and event management platforms

Data Migration: To manage the secure and accurate transfer of customer and operational data into the CRM system
System Configuration: To customize the CRM to meet Client Amphitheatres specific operational and business requirements
User Training: To develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that ensure smooth staff adoption and effective use of the CRM system
Industry best practices in CRM implementation and project management
Data protection regulations such as GDPR or equivalent
High-quality standards for system reliability, scalability, and user experience
