Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- ·Project execution of confirmed job to deliver in committed timeline within budget.
- ·Coordination & interface with client for approvals of materials and shop drawings.
- Handle project management including planning, scheduling and supervision of construction.
- Organize material and manpower as per project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and confirm adherence to designs and specifications.
- Assess risk and control manpower as per UAE safety regulations.
- Attend inspections from Government authorities and close out any comments to get necessary approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of documents & reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Experience- 2 Years
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience on site in Fit-out/ Interior / Office furniture preferable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service.
- Knowledge in excel and maintaining database of records.
- Good leadership and team working skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
