Roles & Responsibilities


Role & Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver a growing portfolio of high-end Real Estate projects
Project Planning and Execution
Manage multiple stakeholders, including international clients, local authorities,
and subcontractors
Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and
quality standards.
Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support as needed
Take a very hands-on approach to managing all aspects of the project.
Be actively involved in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.

Essentials:

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
15 plus years of experience in project management within the construction industry,
particularly in the civil and structural and luxury interior fitout.
Strong understanding of local construction processes, building codes, and safety
Regulations (MUST have experience in the UAE)
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Flexibility with working hours across different time zones.
Fluent in English & Hindi (preferred)
