Senior Project Manager Findr

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of high-rise tower projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle—from inception to completion—ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project operations from start to finish.
• Lead and manage the project team effectively.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure strict project control.
• Ensure project deliverables are aligned with the project plan.
• Record, track, and escalate project issues when necessary.
• Manage project scope and change controls efficiently.
• Monitor overall project progress and performance.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
• Review technical drawings and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage tendering processes and review contract conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry (interiors and civil works).
• Proven experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Comprehensive understanding of all construction processes.
• Proficiency in MS Projects and Primavera (advanced level required).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (ACAD) preferred.
• Strong expertise in building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
