Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Oversee full lifecycle delivery of solar PV projects in KSA: planning, execution, commissioning and hand-over.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources and risks.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment with quality, scope and safety standards.
  • Develop detailed electrical designs for utility-scale, commercial and industrial solar PV systems.
  • Perform load analysis, system sizing, Cable Sizing, Circuit Breaker sizing and energy yield calculations using industry-standard tools such as PVsyst, Helioscope, or equivalent software.
  • Prepare technical specifications for solar components such as inverters, modules, and mounting structures.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, standards and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Engineering or equivalent.
  • Currently located in KSA.
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in solar/renewable energy project management (preferably in KSA/GCC).
  • Preferably with PMP certification or its equivalent.
  • With SCE membership or SEC/SEEC PV Renewable energy certification.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, EPC contracting and cost/schedule control.
  • Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is advantageous.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
