Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and organization of human and material resources.
- Budget management and ensuring adherence to planned expenditures.
- Coordination with all stakeholders.
- Supervising construction teams and conducting site inspections.
- Monitoring timelines and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all project phases.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management, especially industrial projects.
- Proficiency in project coordination and general project management practices.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management in construction projects.
- Extensive experience in on-site management and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering,
- Proficiency in relevant project management and construction software tools.
- Preferably from Alexandria residents.
