Roles & Responsibilities


Position Objective:
The Co-Location Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end implementation a specific number of Co-Location and Modernisation Sites.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end deployment of co-location Cell sites, controlling and monitoring all functions within the process i.e., Network Design, Construction and Integration.
• Ensure the delivery is as per the Project Plan whilst also managing the necessary and satisfactory project procedures are followed in order to maintain the quality of work.
• Meet the objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the project scope and Client s requirements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met.
• Supervise work results and compare results with guidelines and project plans.
• Ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to Client in required format, quantity and quality, and ensure timely and correct presentation and explanation of results.
• Hold regular project progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, with Contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular reviews of changing project requirements, organization and resource needs, and provide recommendations for changes accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a university or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years telecommunication experience with at least 3 years of experience in Delivery of Co-Location Cell Sites
• An extensive knowledge and professional experience should have been obtained within the fields of managing projects, project control, and coordination with the Client and the Contractor.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic language.
• Proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a must.
