Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of software and digital transformation projects
- Plan and execute projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking
- Manage changing requirements and uncertainty without disrupting delivery
- Coordinate closely with developers, technical leads, and architects
- Act as the primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Ensure clear communication, reporting, and alignment throughout the project

Desired Candidate Profile
Digital Lab is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of software development and digital transformation projects, including initiatives involving custom development, system integration, and AI-enabled solutions.
This role requires a PM who is comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-uncertainty environments, and who can flexibly manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach, depending on customer, scope, and delivery constraints.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing technical development teams, running rapid sprints, and communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and delivery confidence throughout the project lifecycle.
