Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the entire project life-cycle for solar panel systems and related sustainable energy equipment.
Oversee procurement, vendor management, logistics, and quality control of imported solar solutions.
Build and lead on-site installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and technical requirements.
Act as the main client liaison, delivering excellent customer experience and technical guidance.
Provide training and mentorship to team members to build strong internal capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven expertise in Green Energy and Solar projects (minimum 5 years experience, with hands-on success in procurement, installation, and commissioning).
Strong leadership in team building, supervision, and field execution.
Familiarity with solar inverters, batteries (LiFePO4), off-grid and hybrid systems.
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Project Management (PMP certification is a plus).
Adaptability and entrepreneurial mindset – ability to work in a newly established company and help drive its growth.
Ability to work independently under pressure and deliver results in dynamic environments.
Fluency in English required (Arabic is a plus).
